Take your tracking skills to the next level with our in-depth Tracking Workshop, designed for handlers and dogs who already have a basic understanding of tracking techniques. While beginners are welcome, this workshop is geared more towards those looking to refine their skills and advance their dog's tracking abilities.

In this workshop, you’ll dive deeper into:

• Advanced scent theory and environmental influences on scent.
  
• Improving your dog's accuracy and endurance on long tracks.
• Introduction to different terrain challenges and how to guide your dog through them.
• Problem-solving techniques for when your dog loses the scent trail.
• In-field practical exercises, including handling distractions and varying scent articles.

This hands-on, interactive workshop will allow you to work closely with our experienced trainers, ensuring personalized feedback and guidance. Perfect for those aiming to work professionally, or further develop their dog’s natural tracking instincts.

Workshop Details:

• Duration: December 6th-8th 2024
• Time: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Starting Location: 5352 Camino Jasmine, Bonsall, CA 92003
• Requirements: All dogs must be on a leash and harness. Please bring water, treats, and a favorite toy.
•  It is recommended to bring these items: long line/leash, dog harness with all metal flat buckles, gloves for your hands, a bowl, packed lunch, water, dog food/treats, and sturdy shoes.
• Price per day: $200 per working spot, $100 per audit spot.
