  • Dustin Winn

    Dustin started his career in 1999 and has gained experience in the following positions before joining NCCT: United States Marine Corps Working Dog Handler, Private Security Canine Handler for U.S. Dignitaries, Multi-Purpose Canine (MPC) Trainer for Naval Special Warfare, and MPC Instructor for Marine Corps Special Operations Command.

    His passion for dog training and desire to create an unbreakable bond between dog and owner is second to none.

  • Nicholas Ramsden (Nick)

    Nick came to the SkillBridge program after a career in the military, seeking a more hands-on and fulfilling career path. His analytical mindset and patience made him a natural at understanding canine behavior and tailoring training methods to individual dogs. During his time in the program, he developed a reputation for his innovative use of positive reinforcement techniques, particularly with shy or rescue dogs.

    Impressed by his ability to connect with both dogs and their owners, North County Canine Training hired Nick as a trainer focused on behavior modification and family dog obedience.

    He’s now a favorite among clients for his calm demeanor and ability to transform challenging cases into success stories.

  • Cindy Hernandez

    Canine Good Citizen Certifier
    After a distinguished career in the military, Cindy joined the SkillBridge program in search of a fulfilling second career centered on canine behavior. Her analytical mindset and natural patience allow her to master the nuances of training, utilizing innovative positive reinforcement techniques to build confidence in shy and rescue dogs. Now a key member of the team at North County Canine Training, she has become a client favorite for her calm demeanor and her specialized talent for obedience, which she considers one of her primary fortes.

    In addition to her work with individual behavior modification, Cindy serves as one of the main instructors for group obedience classes, where she excels at guiding both dogs and their owners through foundational and advanced skills. While she currently works as a part-time trainer, she is dedicated to deepening her impact within the animal world by pursuing her studies to become a veterinary technician, ensuring she can support dogs through both behavioral excellence and medical care.

  • Andrew Rozler

    Andrew is a dedicated and passionate dog trainer who brings both discipline and heart to his work. With 9 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, he developed a strong foundation of integrity, commitment, and leadership that now carries into his training approach. After his military career, he completed a SkillBridge program at North County Canine, where he discovered his true passion for working with dogs and helping families build stronger, more meaningful relationships with them.


    Andrew is a highly hands-on trainer who believes that every dog and every owner deserves personalized attention and care. He takes the time to  truly understand each dog’s unique personality, as well as the goals and challenges of their family, creating training plans that are practical, effective, and tailored to real-life situations. Clients are quickly drawn to his approachable nature, patience, and genuine desire to help them succeed.

    Whether he’s working with a new puppy or helping correct more challenging behaviors, Andrew is committed to supporting his clients every step of the way. He strives to create not just well-trained dogs, but strong, lasting bonds between dogs and the families who love them.

    This individual is driven by a desire to help others and sees canine training as a way to make a meaningful impact. They’re focused on training service dogs to assist individuals with disabilities or PTSD, combining empathy with a structured training approach.

    A natural teacher with a nurturing personality, this participant excels at working with young dogs. They’re passionate about puppy socialization and obedience training, helping families build strong foundations with their new furry companions.
