Refund policy

All fees are payable in full before time of service, unless payment arrangements have been made in advance. All fees are earned upon receipt and no refunds will be given for any reason. Client acknowledges that North County Canine Training may, from time to time, adjust its fees.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling for lessons or seminars. Cancellations for lessons or seminars made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of payment. We do not offer refunds for any reason. If a lesson or seminar service is cancelled before 24 hours of the start time, store credit may be issued after approval from the store owner.

We require at least 30 days notice before the start of a board and train program or boarding program for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations for boarding made with less than 30 days notice from the start date or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of payment. We do not offer refunds for any reason. If a boarding service is cancelled before 30 days of the start date, store credit may be issued after approval from the store owner.
